Added lighting / new color scheme

Recently looked into 2D lighting for Unity a bit with the Universal Render Pipeline. 
Decided to give The Missing Piece a little visual upgrade (In my eyes :) ) to test it out. 

I've also made some minor tweaks while doing so, nothing that should be super noticeable however.
